This is my journey into the world of nutrition, raw foods, and overall well-being. I truly believe the foods we eat, the choices we make everyday will determine our health. I have changed my life by changing my lifestyle. Before I began studying holistic nutrition, I was sick quite often and run down most of the time. Now I can’t remember my last cold. I wake up more alert and energized than ever. I do not struggle with my weight and feel more balanced overall. My life is better because of the way I eat and take care of myself. There is no magic pill or diet, I eat a plant-based, whole food diet. I exercise. I sleep well. I feel better than I can ever remember! I hope to share with you some of the things that have helped me get to where I am today. I hope you enjoy the ride. I’m sure there will be ups and downs because I am far from perfect. I learn new things everyday and I will share those with you. Please feel free to share with me as well, I love learning and hearing things from a different perspective.

WooHoo! It’s always great to hear about someone who is living a healthy life…naturally. I’m trying to do the same, only I’m all the way at the beginning. I would love to learn more of what you’re doing and how you’re doing it. Are you growing a garden?

Hi Elizabeth! Thanks for reading my blog. I am starting a garden this year and I’m super excited about it! I have not really needed to thanks to my Dad. He loves close by and has an amazing garden every year so he spoils us. I decided this year, my son and I will have him help us plant. We are starting with carrots and kale (I eat so much of both). We shall see where it takes us!

Wow! This is great. Thanks for posting so many recipes! My husband and I are 3 weeks into our vegan diet. Enjoying it very much, especially the results we see on the scale and how our clothes are fitting.
